1. Why is called Mini Home-gym?

We call it a Mini Home-Gym because you can do 10 different exercises with this equipment. AB crunches, Oblique twists, Back extension, Push ups, Chest Press, Lateral Raise, Bicep Curl, Leg Curl, Leg Extension and stretching

2. I am 75 kgs. Can I use this equipment?

Yes. Very much. User weighing upto 90 kgs can workout in this equipment.

 3. Can I reduce weight just by using this equipment?

This equipment is to tone your muscle and its basically a resistance training equipment. We recommend you to go for 20 minutes walk and workout for 20 minutes in this equipment on alternate days to have an impact. You will start seeing visible results in 1-2 month(s).

4. How to get this equipment installed?

It’s very compact equipment and can be carried easily to your home. You can easily install this equipment by referring to the manual or the video on “How to assemble Mini Home Gym”. Its available at youtube.com/propelstore

5. I am regular to gym. Will it be useful to me?

This equipment is effective for doing ab crunches and oblique twists. You will definitely enjoy doing it.

6. I have back problem. Can I use this machine?

Mini Home Gym strengthens your upper, lower and middle abdominals. This can be used as back extension equipment. However you should always consult your phyiso to understand the intensity level of workouts before using the equipment.

If the product found defective, please call to 9600009010 or email to info@propelfitness.in within 5 days of receipt for products. We will arrange the reverse pickup for the product and then issue a new product to the customer. Please understand replacements are subject to availability of stock.

 Exceptions

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

- Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to wrong usage of product.

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

3. Send an Email to info@propelfitness.in with complete details, i.e., date of purchase, Equipment Model No. and Invoice No. along your contact details. Our Customer Care Team will contact you during business hours and offer you the necessary help.
